Rates: Initial consultation: $300---Individual Psychotherapy: $300---Group Psychotherapy: $90---Medication Management: $150 (once balanced on medication: seen every 3 months)

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Reduced Fee Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment Cash or check (I'm not set up for credit cards)
Cancellation Policy As soon as I learn that my patient is unable to attend our session, I immediately try to fill the time with a consultation. If I can, there is NO charge---if I am unable to fill the time I've committed in my schedule, there is a charge.
